We are a Mexican family-owned restaurant since 2004 in the heart of Emmaus, PA. Our specialty is serving authentic Mexican cuisine always fresh and always fast. Our restaurant features over 20 tequilas to make you the best margarita in the region.

General Manager
Tom Buchen
Tom oversees construction and installation. He has vast construction experience, including new home construction, commercial construction and remodeling. Tom started K T Highland, Inc. in April, 1996 to provide complete kitchen and bath remodeling services.
Designer
Jean Buchen
Jean, CKD, CAPS is responsible for designing and selling projects for K T Highland, Inc. She has a degree in interior design and is a Certified Kitchen Designer(CKD) as well as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist(CAPS). Before joining K T Highland, Inc. she worked for eight years designing cabinets for kitchens, libraries, bathrooms, home offices and laundry rooms for Kountry Kraft.

Andrea Foard
Andrea, AKBD, CAPS, came to K T Highland, Inc. from Prevo Cabinets in August, 2003. She has a degree in international business with minors in political science and economics, and is an Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

Licensed Aesthetician, Master Lash Stylist, Master Airbrush Tanning Technician

We really know how to roast a pig for your next party or corporate event!
For an exciting party idea select from our pig roast catering menu. We offer extra side options from salads, vegetable trays, fruit trays, assorted cheeses, and more! There’s a ton of delicious party food ideas to fit any wedding or event.
We also offer beef roasts if pork isn't your thing.
Prices include buffet style service, all paper products and condiments. Add 6% sales tax and 15% gratuity to all prices. Served for 50 or more guests.
